We offer personalized engraving services on our products. By providing engraving details, you:

• Confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, or designs you provide
• Understand that engraving is permanent and cannot be removed or changed after completion
• Accept that custom engraving may affect return eligibility
• Agree that we are not responsible for spelling errors if you provide incorrect information

Engraving will be done in our premium default style unless otherwise specified. Custom engraving requests are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

We ship orders to addresses within India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, especially those with engraving, returns are limited. General return policy:

• Unengraved products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition
• Engraved or customized products are generally not eligible for return unless defective
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
