1. General Return Policy
Vikas Pen World generally does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, personalized with engraving, or are in good condition. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before shipping.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Returns may be considered only in the following specific cases:
- Products received in damaged condition during transit
- Products that are defective or not as described
- Wrong products delivered (different from what was ordered)
2. Damaged Delivery Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, we will accept returns and provide a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- Valid Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including:
- Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable)
- Photos clearly showing the damage to the product
- Photos of the product from multiple angles
- Immediate Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product
- Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging (if possible)
- Unused Condition: The product must not have been used or personalized
Upon receiving your complaint with valid proof, we will investigate the matter and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will arrange for the return of the damaged product and process a refund or replacement.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Processing: If you cancel your order before we begin processing it (typically within 24 hours of order placement), you will receive a full refund.
- After Processing Begins: If your order has already entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible, especially for orders with personalized engraving. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
- After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return under our damaged delivery policy if applicable.

4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after approval
- Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges may be refunded only in cases of damaged delivery or our error
- Payment Gateway: For payments made through Razorpay or other payment gateways, refunds will be processed through the same gateway
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged delivery or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping charges for the damaged product.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Products that have been used or personalized with engraving (unless damaged or defective)
- Products returned without valid proof of damage
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Custom or personalized products that were made according to your specifications

For approved returns due to damaged delivery or our error, we will arrange for the return pickup at no cost to you. In other cases, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
